They’re simple, straightforward—and they help keep your project on time, on target and online so your customers can have immediate access when you’re ready.  
  1. Project Information/Estimate: With your input, we fill out a brief project information form with information on product/services being promoted, target audiences, campaign date(s), hosting, and a cost estimate for our deployment services.

  2. Scheduling: Once authorized, we schedule a target date and project schedule for each of your mailings and check to be sure there are no possible conflicts around those dates.

  3. Creative Development: Your creative team initiates and finalizes artwork for your e-mail broadcast and landing page—and gives us the necessary artwork, subject line and links for to prepare your e-mailing.

  4. Testing: Before launching, we run a trial test internally and then with select members on your team to make sure everything is working as intended.

  5. Deployment: With your approval, we pull the trigger on your e-mail campaign on the designated launch date.

  6. Reporting: We provide you with running project reports on a weekly basis, with a final summary report at the end of your project.
